Friday Night Sponsors & Patrons Party

All our sponsors, underwriters and patrons are invited to join us for a fabulous thank you party, with live music by The Prince & the Paupers, at the beach pavilion at Grandfather Golf and Country Club on Friday night, September 23, 2011, from 8:00 till 11:00. Tickets for this party, along with two (2) complimentary drink tickets per person, will be included in your ticket packet. A cash bar will be available for additional drinks.

Sponsors, underwriters and patrons also will receive an official 2011 Western Classic T-Shirt designed by John Tomlinson, official artist of the Western Classic, and reserved seating at the main event at Camp Yonahnoka on Saturday. Reserved seat markers and coupons for the t-shirts (or koozies, optional) also will be included in your ticket packet.
